How to use:
Purchase, download and print.
If you want to use these printables more than once, I would suggest after trimming to laminate.
Keep the Chakra practice chart on your stand for the entire week and visible while practicing. Repeat the mantra in your mind or out loud throughout your practice/play session.
Meditate on the color and the chakra before practicing, on breaks and close your practice session with a meditative mantra.
If you are practicing yoga, incorporate the yoga pose and or variations thereof into your practice session.
These charts are to be used in a seven week succession for the best results.
